The idea: A complete outsourced accounting department, with a partner-level CPA who knows your business. One fixed monthly fee, set to the size of your business, so you know what it costs.

How pricing works

Orbit starts at $1,500 per month. Your actual fee depends on the size and scope of the work, and we quote it as a fixed monthly amount before you start. What sets the price:

Monthly transaction volume
Number of bank, credit card and third-party accounts
Number of entities
Cash or accrual basis
Added complexity, such as inventory, multi-state operations or revenue recognition

We revisit the fee once a year, or sooner if your business changes significantly, so you’re never surprised by a new number.

Onboarding

New QuickBooks Online setup and onboarding starts at $850, one time, quoted up front. That covers linking bank and credit card accounts, importing historical data, and building a chart of accounts and financial statement structure for your business.

If your books need catch-up or cleanup work first, we quote that separately before we begin. Onboarding is waived for clients moving up from Launch.

Transaction recording

Bank, credit card and third-party account activity (Stripe, PayPal, Expensify) recorded every period.

Account reconciliations

Bank, credit card and third-party accounts reconciled monthly, so the cash on your balance sheet is right and unauthorized activity gets caught.

Monthly financial statements

Balance sheet, profit and loss, and statement of cash flows, delivered monthly by an agreed-upon date.

Accounts payable management

We enter, review and manage your AP process, and pay vendors through your bill pay once you approve.

Quarterly review

A call with your DA partner each quarter to walk through results and flag anything that needs attention.
